Do I have to pay an entrance fee to enter the park?

No, entry is completely free. You only pay for getting into each ride.

How do I pay each ride?

To get on a ride it is necessary to purchase a recharge card at the ticket office. It costs €1 as a deposit (if you choose to return it at the end of your visit, this amount will be paid back). Every time you get on a ride, the amount will be deducted from the card balance.

How do I charge my card?

You can load your card at the park ticket office or online, from our website. If you still do not have a card, you must get at the ticket office.

Does my card balance expire?
No. You can use the balance from one year to the next, without any penalty.
Can the card be used by multiple users?
Yes. You can share a card with whoever you want. The balance will be deducted as the card is passed through the access reader at each ride.
Can I register my card?

Yes… and, in fact, we always recommend it! Get into the customer’s area of our website, register as a user and associate your card. You will control the movements and, in case of theft or loss, we will be able to cancel it and issue a duplicate.

How can I be a VIP client?

When you have consumed the first €100 of your card’s real balance, stop by the ticket office! We will give you a VIP card. From this moment on, you will have a 10% discount on all rides indefinitely.

Are there any discounts for groups?

No. The park always offers extra bonus, depending on the card recharge done. But it does not have any special rates for groups.

Do people with disabilities have easy access?

Yes. All areas of the park are on a single level and with wide space. The toilets are also adapted.

Can I take food and drinks into the park?

Snack and drinks are allowed as long as they are not consumed in the restaurant areas of the park and are used appropriately, respecting the order and cleanliness that we ensure is always present in the park out of respect for other users.

Can pets enter?

Yes, you can visit us with your best friend. But he must be leashed and properly supervised at all times.

Does the park have its own parking?

No. However, there are wide parking areas around the park, all of them less than a 5-minute walk from the park.

What hours are the park open?

The schedule varies depending on the season. You can check the current calendar and schedule on our website.

The schedule may be altered by circumstances beyond the control of the park management, such as inclement weather. We recommend following our social media, where we update the status of the park at all times.
